Wearing heavy (or very heavy) steel shackles isn't hard core enough punishment for your submissive / brat / slave BDSM play partner? Why not make them suffer additionally by adding (dull) spikes to the shackles you have ordered from my store?
I am happy to offer this upgrade if you have ordered either a separate collar or a full shackle set. In both cases, the spikes are meant to be installed to the collar and not to the wrist or ankle shackles.
The spikes are made from stainless steel type 304 which is commonly used on BDSM toys and other steel equipment. It's considered safe for as long as you don't have a nickel allergy, as stainless steel contains nickel.
The length of the spikes is 25mm (1 inch) with a diameter of 6mm (1/4"). The maximal protrusion is around 20mm (0.8"). You can fine tune exactly how deep you want the spikes to protrude by screwing them inward or outward with the provided Allen key.
Depending on how deeply you screw them in, the suffering can begin immediately or gradually increase over time. The spikes can definitely break the spirit of a defiant brat / slave play partner. If you add them to the very heavy model collar (or shackle set), the weight of the collar adds a lot to the suffering from the spikes and I can personally confirm that there's not a moment of relief from them when they are set to a more punishing depth.
If your restrained partner finds a spike that can be turned by hand and tries to relieve themselves, you can add a drop of threadlock or just some superglue in the hole and fix the spike in place. Later with the Allen key you will be able to break the grip of the glue and adjust the spike, but it will definitely prevent any unwanted self-relieving.
